At LearnTrail, we strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences. This policy explains the rules for refunds for purchases made on learntrail.in through Razorpay.

1. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment made but course access not provided
• Course cancelled by LearnTrail

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The course has already been accessed
• The user changes their mind after purchase
• The user fails to attend live sessions

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but money is deducted, the amount will usually be automatically refunded by the bank within 5–7 working days.
